12. Unfair Contract Terms

Nothing in these Terms is intended to create an unfair imbalance in the parties' rights and obligations, contrary to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) Section 3 and EU Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair terms in consumer contracts. If any term is found unfair in respect of a consumer, it shall not bind the consumer.
