FAQs About Contacting Us
We aim to reply within two business days. Messages received on Friday afternoon may be answered the following Monday. For event registration, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours when spaces are available.
Yes. Several events offer virtual attendance. Time zone differences are noted in the confirmation email, and recordings are available to registered participants for seven days after live sessions.
Most community sessions are free. Specialized masterclasses may have a modest materials fee, always disclosed before registration. We never charge for general inquiries or content on this website.
